Correct organization of a business message is important for both the
audience and the communicator? Explain.

Good organization of a business message means that the subject and the
purpose of that particular message is made clear. The purpose of good
organization is to basically help you audience comprehend exactly what
you are trying to communicate.
The most common mistakes that companies tend to make are that they
tend to ramble on in their message that is they tend to waste valuable
customer time, Resulting in the customer feeling disinterested in the
message. Apart from that other common mistakes of unorganized business
messages are the mixing up of ideas and skipping out on necessary

and cutting down on workload. Not only that it further helps the
communicator to delegate with ease. The correct compilation of
business messages also tends to increase reader understanding that is
it makes the reader more receptive to the message. Lastly it helps
save the customers time, which results in praise for the
Therefore good organization of a business message is not only
important for the audience but also the communicator. Since both ways
it benefits the organizati

eng201 2nd question solution

The effective communicator learns early value of audience and many element of message can be delivered in suitable shaped that receiver easily acceptable. By starting your objective & chosen the appropriate style & tone you will gain a sense of purpose & appropriateness that will make you more effective.
The language used is probably the most obvious area. If the receiver does not understand the technical vocabulary of the sender, then the latter needs to use terms common to both sender and receiver. On the other hand, if the receiver has less education than the sender, then word choice and sentence length may need to be adapted to reflect the receiver's needs. For example, if the receiver is skeptical of technology, then someone sending a message supporting the purchase of new data processing equipment needs to shape it in a way that will overcome the perceptual blinders the receiver has to the subject. If the receiver is a superior, then the format of the message might need to be more formal.
Therefore, the good relation b/w the communicator and audience also very important for good organization.
