The way we speaks is more important than what we say. In business communication,the words are not only the source of communication. Instead they are associated with the person's attitude, gesture, and postures which comes in the category of how to say. These features includes: eye contact, confidence, body language, facial expression etc. When you are in an interview or meeting it happens what you are saying is not what you are thinking. so, it is also an important factor that your mind must co-operate with your mouth. Thus, business conversions demand both thinking and speaking accurately and efficiently. Otherwise it might put your job or business at risk. While you are in a conversion, what you say be direct, be appropriate, take charge of your message and stay on track. People are more likely to take your thoughts into consideration. Avoid using lengthy sentences because this can cause people to think that you are not confident about you are saying and wasting there time. In fact, what inhabits your communication is not what you say, but how you say it and what develops important connection is having the ability to choose the best way to inspire others with your thoughts.

In life, the most important is to keep moving. Some days will be great and successful, and some will be harder, just enjoy and celebrate your good days and keep moving on your hard days. Never give up if something is not going as you planned. Maybe that particular situation and hard time will bring you more success and enjoyment than you thought before. Fear stops us from achieving our dreams. Believe me, if you have it in your dreams, so you are able to have it in your life. Work for it, find different ways to achieve it. Don’t be scared, don’t give up.

In my point of view nothing is offered in a golden tray. So, as Chris Grosser said “Opportunities don’t happen. You create them”. It is absolutely right. If you dream for something than you have to struggle for it because believing in your self will move you toward your success. Don’t be scared and don’t let your dream spoiled. Just believe in yourself. It just takes a little courage in life, so raise your hand and take risk. Sometimes people make their mindset and block their mind they begin to believe that they cannot do anything and because of their negative expectation they lose all the opportunities that are in front of them. Sometimes opportunities are hidden and you have to put some effort to recognise that because this will brighten your future and will move you toward your success so, if you believe in yourself than you will definitely create your opportunity by yourself.

Communication is the number one way in which we connect with each other and create relationships. We all want to feel connected and related. We get this by feeling heard. And we want to be heard in a way that supports us in our strength, not our weakness. But it is unreasonable to expect the person that is listening to give us the acceptance and compassion we desire when we deliver it on a plate full of drama and self-judgment. If you set up your communication with a lot of drama and self-judgment, you are going to be perceived as dramatic and judged. Then when you want reassurance and acceptance from others, it is harder to get. We teach people how to hear us. If we consistently communicate in a victim way, we are perceived as a victim. On the contrary, if we consistently communicate in an authentic way, we are giving people the opportunity to see the Truth of who we are. Consider your delivery method whenever you communicate. There are the words you are saying and then there is the energy your words are riding on, which is more impactful than the actual words you are saying.
