Objective:
• To assess students’ understanding of different concepts of ‘Business Communication’ and to gauge their ability to apply their conceptual knowledge in daily life situations

• Plagiarism will NOT be tolerated. Plagiarism occurs when a student uses work done by someone else as if it was his or her own; however, taking the ideas from different sources and expressing them in your own words will be encouraged.
• No assignment will be accepted via e-mail.
• The solution file should be in Word document format; the font color should be preferably black and font size should be 12 Times New Roman.

Q1. You are the Area Manager of U-fone for Lahore Zone. Customers of U-fone are shifting to other mobile networks like Jazz, Warid and Telenor etc. Write a Market Report in Letter Format for the month of December, 2014 to the General Manager of U-fone and state the reasons of shifting of customers from U-fone to other mobile networks during this time period. (10)

01 At first why we write down report.

02 U-fone brief comparison along with competitors

03 Problem behind reasons of shifting of customers from U-fone to         other mobile networks.

04 Briefly provide the suggestion to management to improvement           existing state of affairs.   

 

so should we write suggestions or not?

Can anyone tell me where is the reference of second part of Q2. The one about presenter saying too much?
