“revolutionaries” is a software house initiated and owned by four software engineers as a partnership venture. With the increasing business volume the organization has hired other people with strong IT (information technology) skills, competency in computer sciences (specifically in program coding) and experience in virtual networking. In order to evaluate the performance of the people hired by revolutionaries you are required to develop salaries according to traditional pay plans as well as contingent pay plans. Following details will assist you in developing pay plans for the employees given bellow:

Furthermore, identify and explain the differences in salaries of employees calculated on the basis of traditional pay plans and contingent pay plans.
