The youngest generation in the workforce is known as “Millennial”. They grew up in the era of information and technology that’s why they are well aware of digital technologies and its usage. They have been part of the workforce for almost last ten years and are proceeding their careers in managerial positions. It is estimated that by the end of 2025 they will make up 70% of the global workforce consequently many organizational changes are expected. 

What advancements you anticipate from a training and development perspective to best utilize the potential of this generation?
