Interpretation

 

As you have seen, to measure the respondent’s response to our questions, the study has done Mean test analysis, the value 3.916666667 of Question # 1 is indicating that most of the employees are agree with the training practices of Mobilink, according to them, their organization conducting extensive training program for their employees. This ratio is also showing that most of the employees are found satisfied with the training practices of Mobilink.

 

 

In the second Question, you can see that the value 4.75 is indicating that most of the employees are found strongly agree with Question # 2 of training practices of Mobilink. By selecting this option, it has provided truly that employees in Mobilink in each job normally go through training program every month. This result is also showing the sound training system of Mobilink as well, all the employees are looking satisfied with training practices of Mobilink.

 

In the 3rd question, once again you can see that the 4.516666667, which is indicating that most of the employees are strongly agree with question third of Mobilink Telecom. This value also lies that most of the employees are looking satisfied with training practices of Mobilink. According to them, their training needs are identified through a formal performance appraisal system. Hence they are satisfied with this system.

 

In the 4th question, you can see that the value 4.733333333, which is indication that majority of the employees are strongly agree with question four of Mobilink. This value also lies that most of the employees are satisfied with training practices of Mobilink Telecom, by selecting this option, they are providing evident that their organization the formal training program also conducting for new employees to enhance their skill and job performance.

 

In 5th question, you can see that the value 4.816666667, which is indicating that most of the employee are strongly agree with question four of training practices of Mobilink. This value is showing that majority of the respondents are found satisfied with training system of Mobilink Telecom. According to employees views, in their organization new skills are imparted to employees periodically to work in teams.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the sixth question, you can see that the value 4.616666667, which is indicating that most of the employees are strongly agree with question sixth of training practices of Mobilink Telecom. This value is giving evident that most of the employees are selected strongly agree option as they are found satisfied with training system of Mobilink. Hence majority of the employees are found satisfied with the training system of Mobilink.

 

 

Overall Analysis after Interpretation

 

After doing Mean Test analysis and writing interpretation, the study has reached at this point that majority of the employees are strongly agree with training system of Mobilink Telecom. Its mean they are satisfied with the training Practices of Mobilink, after seeing customer’s feedback where is the customer’s feedback and how have you included in your study?, it has also been found that Mobilink has very sound and effective training system for their employees.

Interpretation

 

According to above finding and mean test result, you can see at the above table, the value 1.966666667, which is indicating that most of the employees are disagree with first question of training practices of Warid Telecom. This value also lies that most of the employees of Warid Telecom are not satisfied with training program of Warid, according to them their organization is not conducting extensive training program for their employees. Hence majority of the respondents are found disagree to this statement.

 

In 2nd question, you can see the finding, the value 1.8 which is indicating that most of the employees are disagree with 2nd question of training program of Warid Telecom. Its mean they are not satisfied with training practices of Warid telecom after rating 2nd question. Therefore majority of the respondents are talking about that employees in each job are not normally go through training program every year and month.

 

In the 3rd Question, according to finding the value 3.633333333, which is indicating that most of the employee are found agree with 3rd question of training program of Warid Telecom. According to them, in their organization training needs are identified through a format performance appraisal mechanism system, hence most of the employees are found agree with statement.

 

In the 4th question, according to mean test result, the value 1.966666667, which is indicating that most of the employees are disagree with 4rth question statement of training practices of Warid telecom. By rating this statement it has proved that most of the employee found disagrees and according to them, the organization is conducting training programs to teach their new employees.

 

In the 5th question according to mean result the value 3.166666667, which is indicating that most of the employees are neutral with question 5th of training practices of Warid telecom. Hence most of the respondents have not share their opinion about employee’s new knowledge and skills related programe arrangement.

2.5) Summary

 

The study was conducted on training practices of Mobilink and Warid Telecom. The main purpose of this research was to investigate and examine the training practice of both companies. In order to measure the training practices of mentioned companies, data was collected from the both company’s employees by offering the questionnaires to fill up. A non probability sampling (Convenience) technique was used to get data from the employees from middle level to management level. In this research I have used one type of analysis to measure and see the employee’s response to each question. A mean Test technique was used in this regards.

 

Table 1.1 is presenting Mean result of Mobilink employee’s feedback. For the help of this finding I have measured the employee’s response of each question. You can see at this table that most of the employees have been found strongly agree and agree with training practices of Mobilink.  For more detail you can study the table 1.1.

 

Table 1.2 is presenting mean result of Warid employee’s feedback. Here you can see the majority of the respondents were found strongly disagree and disagree with training practices of Warid Telecom. So with help of mean test technique I have measured both companies employees feedback regarding to training practices.

 

  1. Most of the employees are satisfied with the training practices of Mobilink as compare to Warid Telecom
  2. On the base on mean result, we have found less effective training system of Warid telecom.
  3. Mobilink has found sound, effective training system of their employees. 

Chapter 3) Conclusion, Recommendations & Limitations:

 

 

3.1) Conclusion

 

 

Keeping in view the above survey facts and figures regarding the training practices of both telecommunication companies under consideration i.e, Mobilink and Warid, we may aptly conclude that training practices of Mobilink are definitely more improved and superior than those of Warid. Study mean test presenting true finding bout both companies training practices. After analysis and writing this report, the study has reached at this point.

 

To study the training practices in both companies, the result is under below

 

Training practices of Mobilink

 

The mean Value 3.916666667of Question number one is indicate that most of the employees are  agree with training practices of Mobilink.

 

The Mean value 4.75 which is indicating that most of the employees are strongly agreed with question 2nd of training practices of Mobilink. Its mean most of the employees are satisfied with training practices of Mobilink.

 

The mean value 4.516666667, of question 3rd is indicating that most of the employees are strongly agree with the training practices of Mobilink.

 

According to mean value question 4th 4.733333333, it is showing that most of the employees are strongly agree with training practices of Mobilink.

 

On the base on mean value of question 5th 4.816666667 which is indicating most of the employees are strongly agree with training practices of Mobilink its mean they are satisfied with training practices of Mobilink

 

On the base on employees’ feedback and mean result the value 4.616666667 it is indicating that most of the employees are strongly agree with training practices of Mobilink, this value also lies that most of employees are satisfied with training practices of Mobilink.

 

Training practices of Warid

 

According to first question mean value we can see that 1.966666667 which is indicating that most of the employees are disagree with training practices of Warid Telecom.

 

On the base on question 2nd mean finding, the value 1.8 which is indicating that most of the employees are disagree with training practices of Warid Telecom, this value also lies that most of the employees are not satisfied with training practices of Warid Telecom.

 

According to mean finding of 3rd question 3.633333333 it is indicating that most of the employees are agree with training practices of Warid Telecom.

 

According to mean test finding of 4th question, the value 1.966666667, which is indicating that most of the employees are, disagree with training practices of Warid Telecom. , this value also showing that majority of the employees in Warid Telecom are not satisfied with training practices of Mobilink.

 

On the base on employee feedback, the found value of question 3.166666667, which is indicating that most of the employees are neutral with training practices of Warid Telecom, The mean value also lies that majority of the employees have not shared their opinion regarding to question 5th of training practices of Warid Telecom.

 

According to mean test finding, the value 1.966666667, it is indicating that most of the employees are disagree with question 6th of training practices of Warid Telecom.

3.2) Recommendations

 

On the base on study finding, some of vital recommendations are under below.

 

  1. Warid Telecom should conduct extensive training program for their employee in order to increase their work efficiency.
  2. Warid Telecom should to introduce effective training program system, where employees in each job go normally for training every year
  3. Warid Telecom should to identified employees training needs through formal appraisal system
  4. Warid should to conduct formal training program for their new employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Training needs identification should be realistic and it must be base on business strategy of the Warid.

 

 

3.3) Limitations

 

  1. In study, small sample size was used; it should be a large to find out the valid result.
  2. Close ended questions were used; open ended question should have to use to get the maximum perception of the employees.
