Interpersonal conflict occurs within an individual. It takes place in person’s mind and links psychological involving of the individual’s thoughts, values, principles and feelings. This type of conflict can be quite difficult to handle and leads to impatience and restlessness, or can even cause unhappiness. Whereas interpersonal conflict is conflict between two individuals. This occurs due to differences among individuals having diverse personality backgrounds which usually results in mismatched choices and difference of opinions.
Ahmed is working in a multinational company at lower-middle level management. He is married and has two children. He recently promoted as a middle level manager and due to promotion, his responsibilities increased. Since promotion, he has remained in stress and restlessness due to huge responsibilities and workload and resultantly his work-life became imbalanced. The imbalanced work-life brought some agitations time and again with his wife.
