The paper was easy, Mostly mcqs were from chap 11, 12 like to identify conflict type and the long questions were 

Give example of a constructive conflict?

In what type of conflict avoiding should be used?

if a person wants an increase in his salary by 15 % and the company is offering an increase of 10% what sort of barriers should the person pass

Also there was an mcq stating

If Marking department of a company has a dispute with HRM department based on the  previous fact that the heads of department dislike each other and prefer not to negotiate. What will be the CEO subjective  interpretation of the situation

The two departments should talk about issues

Both departments will be called for a meeting

HRM department is Unproffesional
