The Scenario
In our daily lives, we sometimes damage our relationships with our dear ones due to differences
of opinions. Mr. Ali is working in PTCL, one of organizations in Telecom sector. Mr. Ali sits
beside his colleague, Mr. Ahmad, with whom he usually has small talks over various issues. Few
days ago, both colleagues had clash with each other on the current political situation of country
(Ali and Ahmed both have different political parties’ affiliations). The minor issue turned into
major one and they fought with each other in front of other colleagues. On this issue none of
them is ready to listen each other.
The Requirement
1. You are required to identify and discuss the type of conflict emerged between Ali and
Ahmad. (2+3 marks)
2. Which technique of ADR would be more suitable in this situation to resolve the conflict?
Generate at least three arguments to support your stance. (2+3 marks)
