Objective: To make students learn the role of power in resolving interpersonal conflicts

Outcome: Students will be able to understand the role of power during conflict resolution and how it should be exercised.

Discussion Question:

Do you think the use of “Expert Power” will be helpful in Integrating Negotiation Approach to resolve the Interpersonal Conflicts? Why or why not.

In my point of view Expert Power will be helpful in Integrating Negotiation Approach to resolve the Interpersonal Conflicts because it is used to persuade other party , dis-empower the other party from exercising the power with expert knowledge which ultimately lead to escalation of conflict
