HRM624 Conflict Management Graded Discussion Board (GDB) # 2 Closing date February 21, 2014

Scenario:

A government agency has been working for the last many years to facilitate the public sector employment through describing jobs, providing employee trainings and keeping demand & supply records of skilled workforce. It facilitate public sector in recruitment process and effective selection of employees. While for private sector their outcomes assists in job descriptions and specifications. Due to new market developments, natures of jobs have been significantly changed for which agency services have become obsolete. It put their mission in jeopardy for ineffectiveness.

Although, the agency provided its services for many years, but nowadays, jobs in the new economy are qualitatively different that many employers find the agency to be no longer useful. Private owners and managers think not to seek the agency in their approach towards staffing because technological changes in the nature of work, competition and a shift from blue to white collar dynamic jobs is making the agency obsolete. It put their mission in jeopardy for ineffectiveness.

During these conflicting views, the agency thought to revamp their approach towards helping companies employ better staff by addressing different jobs and tasks.

jahan tak mujy samaj ae hay wo ye k agency help ker rahi hay kai saal seh descrbing the job and employment training ab masla hay he k rapid change a rahen han jes seh agency services disterb ho rahi han ab batana yeh k agency ehsy kon seh step take kery jes seh job k classifying or requirement ro skills puri tarf fit ho jaen ju job k liye required hoti han

ok, We have to enunciate what the agency need to do when describing and classifying the requirements and skills required for a job? But job of whom? either agency itself or their clients to whom they once providing services?

And can anybody tell me that what is conflict management have to do with describing and classifying the requirements and skills required for a job...?

which type of conflict is this b/w both parties, what approach or model be adopted to resolve the conflict and than steps be taken by govt agency to identify/ satisfy needs of public/ pvt sectors to remain alive 

but here's no such  requirement showed then how can u say that they asked such & such requirement?  

let me say If u are right &if I think on ur above described  point aijaz ali mahar   then here may be trans formative mediation point will be discuss? but why mediation??? they are not asking for requirements and skills required for a job????
