Traditional recruiting process focuses on past experiences, relevant qualification, practices, and referrals that result in a homogenous workforce. On contrary, evaluating new hires based on their skill set can help companies to make diverse talent pools. Seemingly, focus on a large and more subjective set of capabilities and skill set relevant to each role could help the organization to adopt strategic recruitment approach”.
