feel free to ask in any case of ambiguity

The Intrapersonal communication is process taking place in one individual mind; he is alone or during communication face to face. (is this correct)?

Is there any flow chart / diagram that demonstrate all or some intrapersonal elements in action. ?
Answer:

Yes it is a process of message exchange and information transformation within the individual. Intrapersonal communication refers to the communication within a person. In this type of communication, person communicates to his/herself. When we are engaged in the process of intra personal communication, we are the sender and receiver of the messages at the same time. It includes the thought processes within a person, day dreaming, speaking aloud to one’s own self, reading and sense making that involves interpreting or understanding texts, signs, messages and non-verbal gestures. As far as diagram of intrapersonal communication is concerned, you are advised to carefully listen to the lectures or understand the basic concepts instead of searching for a chart. But if you need to have a look at it, you may find it on any search engine by writing “Intrapersonal communication model”. Some of the books are also recommended on the course website that you can purchase from market. You can also search and read books on communication skills from the Google books online.

give me any example of self-talk.

Answer:

As per my understanding of the question, you are asking about the intrapersonal communication. Intrapersonal communication refers to the communication within a person. In this type of communication, person communicates to his/herself. When we are engaged in the process of intra personal communication, we are the sender and receiver of the messages at the same time. It includes the thought processes within a person, day dreaming, speaking aloud to one’s own self, reading and sense making that involves interpreting or understanding texts, signs, messages and non verbal gestures.
For example: "Asking yourself what you want for dinner tonight?"

Please! Discuss in very easy words the term "Frame of Reference".

Frame of reference is the way you are. What are your beliefs, attitudes, values, religion, psychological set up, the way you think of yourself and others, your needs and desires, your expectations, your socio-economic, political and cultural background,; all these come to determine your frame of reference. And it is very important to consider all these things when someone is communicating to you.
