Press Relations in PR & Marketing Research (Lesson# 7 & 8)

 

Learning Objectives:

  • To develop the understanding of ingredients for good press relations.
  • To develop the writing skills required by an PRO.

 

Background:

K-electric is mostly blamed for breakdown of power supply for longer duration, physical loss due to electrocution after rainfall, weak electrical safety mechanisms, power theft etc. 

Q.1 As a PRO of K-electric Company, your task is to write a copy of advertisement to be placed in the front page of newspaper to counter the misleading information spread by media. 

Consider the below given templates as an example and write the copy as asked in the question.

  • Research allows for preparation of change and industry trends. In addition to foundation research, continuous research allows for preparation of change and industry trends. Continuous research efforts involve monitoring and tracking a plan and are referred to as checkpoint research or benchmark research.
  • Research grants proper evaluation. The final activity in a public relations plan is preparing an evaluation of the plan. Proper measurement and assessment can only be administered when compared to baseline research. Therefore, if a baseline of research is not collected at the beginning of a plan then the effectiveness of the final evaluation diminishes.

We started many new projects to provide electricity in a proper way.Current Progress:- The last heavily stormy rain is a main cause of breakdown because it damages many transformers which cause the damage in wire due to which electricity in different areas was shutdown. These are mechanical things and we know very well that the machine will become down and weak one day. But K-electric is trying make some changes in it. In this time we apologize for the break and promise to make it fit very soon.New Projects:- K-electric starts some new projects to face the breakdown problems. We started to create new electric houses in different areas for the people.
