Scenario:
Ms. Humaira is working as an IT expert in a 
renowned internet service provider company of 
Pakistan. She is known for her diligent performance and her supervisors always appreciate her for 
that. Despite of her good performance, she takes lots of
work related stress. She prefers to stick to her 
routine and avoid interpersonal relationships, discussions and social
gathering with her peers. She 
seems to be having reserved frame of mind and does
not feel comfortable in
revealing her thoughts in 
front of others. Whenever she attends any professional meeting, she likes to be straight-forward and 
to the point, and a slight deviation from the topic frustrates her and she tries to bring people back to 
the topic. 
As far as her performance on 
the job is concerned she is
among good performers, she knows 
her job very well and she is very
dependable towards her professional commitments. On the other 
hand her behavior with other colleagues is too harsh, and that is 
the reason, while choosing project 
teams, her peers avoid being in her team. 
Her manager, Mr. Ahmad, received many complaints regarding Ms. Humaira’s poor 
behavior. As her performance has been very good, 
so before taking any action against her, Mr. 
Ahmad decided to discuss the situation with Ms. Humaira and guide 
her personally 
to change her 
improper behavior. 
Question: 
Based to the information provided in the above scenario, answer following questions:
