Scenario:

Ms. Jasmin is working as an IT expert in a software development firm. In office she focuses on only her work and used to avoid interpersonal relationships. She also avoids discussions because she is not comfortable in revealing her thoughts before others; also, she seems to be scary and try to avoid people. When she attends any professional meeting, she likes to be straight-forward and to the point, and a slight deviation from the topic frustrates her and she tries to bring people back to the topic. As far as her performance on the job is concerned she is among good performers, she knows her job very well and she is very dependable towards her professional commitments.But her behaviour with other colleagues is too harsh, and that is the reason, while choosing project teams, her peers avoid being in her team.

Her manager, Mr. Hashim, received many complaints regarding Ms. Jasmin’s poor behaviour. As her performance has been very good, so before taking any action against her, Mr. Hashim decided to discuss the situation with Ms. Jasmin and guide her personally to change her improper behavior.

Question:

If you were the manager, how would you guide Ms. Jasmin to alter her behaviour and to build effective human relations with her colleagues?

Ager mein manager hota to osay apnay office mein bola kar polite language mein baat start karta, osay direct yeh na btata k office staff tumharey barey mein complain karta hai. Work progress mein baat kartey kartey team work pay stress deta.

Baki thori bohat batey khud say lga do, ek pora snerio bna lena k kaisa kaisay baat start ho gi or kaisay khtam, bus theme yeh wala rakhna. that's it.....
