Like other Arab companies,top management is from the native Arabs who run the company along strong hierarchical lines,and they tend to be very instructional in their approach. The Management of Al-Burj is facing the challenge of workforce diversity. They have clear idea that along with many benefits of globalization there are many short comings associated with this, and a very common issue is workforce diversity.
