Atlas Honda Pakistan is a well known private sector organization; dealing in the manufacturing of motor cycles. Due to competitive business environment the organization Atlas Honda is intended to introduce a new upgraded model of CD 70 with name “CD Dream” in Pakistan, but the power shortages in the industrial sector hampered their manufacturing so the management decides to go for long working hours to complete manufacturing well before launching date but employees were not cooperating because they were having some reservations about this decision of top management. Suppose you are Human resource manager in Atlas Honda.
Based on your knowledge of the subject elaborate what type of the perceptual bias exists there and why? How can you tackle this situation successfully?
