MGMT 623 DGB # 1 STARTING DATE 07-11-12 CLOSING DATE  08-11-12

Mr. Ehsan is a team leader in “Soft n’ Solve”, a software designing and development company. He found that two of his team members, Mr. Shiraz and Mr. Akmal always focused on personal goals and fulfilled their roles passively. Due to their behavior, the team was not able to achieve monthly target. So, as a result Mr. Ehsan called both of them to his office for discussing the issue.

After meeting with them, Mr. Ehsan found that they believed their abilities were not totally utilized and often ignored by the seniors. They were also unhappy with the decision making style of the leader, that’s why they distance themselves from the mission of the team.

After analyzing the above scenario, answer the following questions:
