In addition, convergence is pursued across network and inter-dependencies of resources and obligations through subsidiaries to maximize operations. Once the company continues its presence, diversification tends to be pursued. This is why the company is searching for new opportunities for exports. The informal management practices are supplemented with formalization with an emphasis on practical, technological and industrial skills. Because of dynamic growth, management morale begins to increase
