fast changing dimensions in customers' behavior, needs and wants and changing technology and to remain in the competition are the main reasons that one must keep changing the strategy of the businesses. it is risky as well because with small change in the strategy there will be lot of changes in the structure, technology and methodology of operations and if these are not handled with care then there are chances that change may not be implemented properly and huge losses will be borne.
