One such perpetual concern of senior managers is to make organization highly reliable, therefore employees ought to be trained and high performing in today’s hyper competitive world. Understanding the need of change makes it easy for the staff to positively incorporate change. It takes a lot of time and effort to change the beliefs and attitudes of people. Employees find it convenient to stick to their routine work and are afraid to accept change, although sometimes it is the right thing to do.

Point of Discussion:

How could employees be persuaded to accept change when it has become inevitable to incorporate the change process in order to avoid failure?
