Type 1,2 projects are defined on the basis of clarity of what and how for example how will the goals are defined (What) and how will the process of achieving the goals are defined(How)

Type 1

These have both plainly characterized objectives just as unmistakably characterized and very much created cycle of accomplishing the objectives .Example are development designing ventures like structure another house.

Type 2

These projects have plainly characterized objectives and goals , anyway the how part or the instruments and strategies for accomplishing the goal isn't clear. Model client support improvement ,cost decrease ventures. Association rebuilding to diminish cost and improve effectiveness.

The management wants to start a new project of PPRC Pipes manufacturing unit along with the existing production of bathroom sanitary fittings. The Management has hired you as Project Manager and given you the task to discuss the following aspects of the newly launched project in the next directors’ meeting:

  • FormallySolicited proposal 

A solicited proposal is one that is submitted in response to a specific work statement from the sponsor. A Request for Proposals (RFP) is sometimes used by sponsors to solicit proposals for Specific research Development Training projects or to provide specific services or goods.
