Mr. Abdul Rahman is the team leader of a production unit.  His unit consists of four very complex and expensive machines and there are five members in his team. The machines are delicate and work is challenging; and any interruption or improper procedures could be expensive and may cause a serious injury as well. Mr. Abdul Rahman suspects that one of the team members has become a drug-addict and is taking drugs on the job. He observes some strong indications in that member but doesn’t have any complaint or evidence. After thinking over this critical issue, he decides to ask the suspected member to keep his habit off the job as what the member does on the job is a matter of his concern.

In this scenario, which negotiation style Mr. Abdul Rahman did adopt? Discuss in the light of Dual Concern Model

I think answer is competitive negotiation style or Collaborative negotiation style.
But not confirm which one is correct
