Objective of the activity:
The prime objective of this activity is to make the students learn about the integration of organizational, operational and individual processes of an organization to create a knowledge organization as a whole.
After this activity students will be able to:
a. Understand the various factors affecting the alignment of various processes for creating a knowledge organization
b. share the practices of the organization to achieve the goal asserting it as knowledge organization
People commitment to knowledge management strongly determines whether the process will succeed or fail. Organizations rely on employees to embrace the knowledge philosophy and its underlying values so that knowledge management can become the core identity of the whole organization and an organization transformed into knowledge organization. Knowledge Management relies on a strong understanding of how the knowledge system operates, why it is important, and how each person should contribute to the process and its ongoing process.
Point of discussion:
Why is the alignment of organizational, operational and individual processes important for knowledge organizations? Analyze a company with which you are familiar, and identify factors which make this alignment hard to achieve and any good practices which support this goal.

The main concept of this GDB is the your opinions that how the organization in which you are familiar as the internee, is organizing for the development of knowledge which alignment individuals to work efficiently and effectively to achieve the organizational goals. According to my company which organize online learning as well learning fairs to develop the knowledge among employees. there are other quarterly schedule Standard Operating Procedures which helps employees to perform operational activities efficiently in all the processes within the organization. such programmes helps the alignmnet of operational, individual and organizational progrogress.
This is the only idea so please find the programmes which your company organize for the alignment of employees as well increase the knowledge of the people (employees, management, customers etc.) which helps your organization to achieve the goals with 100% accuracy.
