Assignment Reading material You are required to read an article uploaded in download section of VULMS;

“Twelve steps to heaven: Successfully managing change through developing innovative teams”

Requirement: 1. Briefly discuss twelve steps for developing innovative teams proposed in the article. (10marks)

2. The input-process-output model given in the article suggests team processes may mediate the relationship between team inputs and innovation. What is the rationale behind it? (10 marks)
