Bureaucracy is a type of formal administration with the characteristics of division of labor, rules and regulation, hierarchy of authority, impersonality of social relationships and technical competence, etc. The essence of bureaucracy is to enable large organizations to be managed, to achieve efficiency and be more accountable to the people. In other words, bureaucracy is the coordination of organizational activities for effective, efficient and economical provision of services by public and private organizations.
I agree with the statement that “Excessive public bureaucracies not only reduce employee’s efficiency and organizational productivity but also lead towards loss of governmental revenues”
For any country to develop, it is very imperative for its government to provide goods and services that the private sector does not usually venture into, especially water, sanitation, waste disposal, road, health, housing, education, electricity, etc. When public institutions fail to meet .................................its just for idea not for copy paste.....lolz
Yes, I agree because in past and the today business face bureaucratic troubles the Problem is that only the business man able to control and build. When we start own new business and interact with the foreign we are having trouble due to bureaucratic like less of infrastructure, corruption, political uncertainly, shifting, and facilities requires. In various forms bureaucrat’s places there is much corruption. Its clash on private business people and government people another investor from abroad on bad image.
Who people are live in village are here the lack of knowledge. Country role is that provide the all area city or knowledge about these type of study than we are develop in bureaucrat’s system.
Bureaucrats activities is hide from the businessman due to this we are lack the interest of public professional in this system and lack of its meaning and characteristics various reason i.e. less of knowledge, training, from all these activity about new system and its duties. Its direct contact with the external environment
Like citizens, entrepreneur, potential investors.
Yes Agreed strongly , Coz Throughout history and especially today businesses have faced and still face
bureaucratic problems, both within their companies (problems that only the
entrepreneur is able to adjust) and the interaction between entrepreneurs with
public institutions and their employees (bureaucrats). In this case the economic
progress is suffering.
The lack of access to education for the people in deprived areas. It is obvious
that the role of education is extremely important and that is why Country is
trying to increase the access to higher education forms.
The bureaucrats behavior (employees of public institutions) that often hinder
the activities of the entrepreneurs. In this case we can talk about the lack of
interest of public officials in carrying out their characteristic activities because
of various reasons: lack of motivation, lack of education and training, daily
routine and conservatism (reluctance on everything new in the field) and not
least the self-interest which in many cases does not coincide with their duties.
The bureaucratic behavior may play an important role in some situations,
because they are in direct contact with the external environment (citizens,
business men, potential investors).
