GLAZ is a famous cosmetic brand running successfully nationwide for the past 20 years. Now they are planning to enter the service industry by opening beauty salon in the main cities of Pakistan. GLAZ must take certain critical decisions regarding its marketing. One member of the management team, Mr. Usman says that GLAZ must continue same marketing techniques as used previously for the cosmetics products. Mr. Hamza says that since it’s a service business, GLAZ needs to change its marketing strategies as one size cannot fit all. Both are separate kinds of businesses so their marketing requirements will be different.
In your opinion, should GLAZ continue with the same marketing strategies for both products and services or it should opt for different marketing strategies for both cosmetic and salon? Justify your answer by giving three logical reasons.

in my opinion, GLAZ is running Cosmetic Brand nationwide for the past 20 years, They are extending their business by product differentiation . its totally different field. like saloon they will provide services to customers. which is different from cosmetic Brand. so they use different business strategies to run the new business, as it will run successfully then they can extend the size of business according to the requirement.
