Mr. Aryaan is owning Elite motors which is a cab company operates in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. He has a fleet of 15 cars of 1600cc. The company provides the facility of transportation from airport, rent a car at special occassions and along with pick & drop facility at call. Initially his business grew up fastly and his company profits also increased with the same pace. Now many other competitors have entered in the cab business and market is fully saturated.  Aryaan who is the sole proprieter of the company has to look into different matters of the company including finance, marketing and preparing contracts etc. The growing competition in the cab sector and the inclusion of private fleet is also making it difficult to attract and retain customers.  It is quite difficult for him to manage all the departments himself due to the reason company is heading towards losses. He plans that he should go into partnership where he thinks his responsbility will be shared and cab fleet will aslo grow. He prospects that profits will again start increasing. At the same time he is reluctant to start partnership as he has no past experince of shared business. He believes that it might be difficult to work and share with another person.

Aryaan is confused and he is unable to evaluate the situation clearly. He has two alternatives whether to run the business as sole propriertor orenter into partnership.

Looking into the above scenerio, what will you suggest to Aryaan whether to remain a sole business owner or opt for a partnership. You need to comprehend the situation and give your opinion on logical grounds.

Partnership is good for Mr. Aryaan . Partners will distribute their responsibilities in order to compete in market

kia partnership hna e zarori ha??? i mean k wo sole owner reh kr b to business ko dakh skta ha na or jahan tk responsibilities ki bat ha wo employes rakh ly aisa ne ho skta ???

yeh to already woh kar raha hai .. actually the thing is that ke ab competition ka masla bhi hai us ke liye aur capital bhi kam hai
