1	The member of co-societies has less expensive of business. Due to lack of capital, they cannot hire the services of expert. Therefore, cooperative societies is delayed in decision and delayed in decision is a main cause of failure the cooperative societies.
2	The cooperative societies cannot use the latest technology in production. And the people of co-societies cannot know the principles and the rules of society as a result of this, Demand of people cannot fulfil and profit remains low. It is a not profit earning institution. Due to absence of profit the progress of co-societies is very poor.
