46 mcqs mostly conceptual and some were easy.

My yesterdays paper:
40 mcqs most of them were new not from the old paper.. but they were pretty easy.
there were 4 questions of 3 marks
and 5 questions of 5 marks.
I don't remember all.. but the ones i remember are:
1) Explain face to face selling and telemarketing. (5 marks)
2) What is the purpose of training a sales person. write any five purposes. (5 marks)
3) What are the roles of public relations: (3 marks)
4) Warehousing and order processing are the two major logistic functions what are the other two logistic functions explain. ( 5 marks)
5) What are the stages a product goes through while completing its life cycle:( 5 marks)
6) Name the different forms of discount and allowances: (3 marks)
