I think Uber should adopt following Customer Relation Management skills to increase and maximize his fame and customers.

  1. He should adopt new technology to interact with the customers. He should check customer service on daily bases, because the drivers may be not following the rules and procedure to satisfy the customers. To monitor all those activities modern day technology must be there. He should also interact with the customers directly to know their views and suggestions and their satisfaction level.


  1. He should follow up customer’s calls after service to know about their experience while using his company services.


  1. He should discover new customers as well as he should build a good relationship with the existing customers and retention of old customers is also very important.


  1. He should offer discount and special promotion to the new and existing customers.


  1. Uber should launch advertisement programs and promotions to engage and attract customer’s attention to tell them that what specialty their services have and how their services are different from others and why they should use their services.
