Keeping in mind the present condition of vast telecommunication system, it seems difficult to introduce a new
company in that area where already same type of other companies is present.
Geographically it is explained that, Vodafone Company is going to open their branch in that place which is important
geographically, and there are a number of telecommunication companies are already present giving the same services.
So, more effort will be required to establish the new.
The Incumbent Resistance is that, the people (where Vodafone Company wants to open a branch.) have many telecommunication
companies, so have the more opportunities to by the same service. This factor is resistive to the opening of the new
one.
New Entrant strategy analyses how likely it is for a new entrant or entrants to enter the competitive environment
a company operates with in.
Supplier Power:-
A supplier should be assure of supplying the service on time and should have abilities to convince.
Supplier can elaborate the great reputation of service by giving cites of the other countries (like Canada, UK etc, in case of Vodafone)
which are using the representative service of the respective company.
Service can be made better by offering the better quality, than the substituent holder resistive companies.
A company should have ability to attract more and more customers. A company should assure its loyalty towards its
customers.
A Bidding process is mostly used in the procurement of services. Companies undertaking a competitive bid process
usually command valuation premiums over their peers. Sometimes it proves helpful in service selling.
Competitive Rivalry:-
There are a number of firms at the same place giving the same services. So, Vodafone should show the salient features
which are not present in the others.
A newly established company should aware of industrial values and the on air trends.
Keeping in view the racing companies, the Vodafone should show the variations in the cost of its service.

we will have to purchase the all items and equipments for the company through bidding and we have also a lot of capabilities to run those equipments because we are tenure in our work we are not new.
