IDEA Solution.

Access to information is a basic right of all the stakeholders of the organizations. Therefore, employees must have access to information about other employee’s compensation level on the same hierarchical level. Because this information motivate the employees if they are being paid more than the other employees. If they are being paid less than the other employees at the same level of production then the employees will raise their voices for getting their rights. The information should not be withheld in any case because withholding of information is not only an immoral, unethical and dishonest action but also a grabbing of basic right of employees. It is rightly said that when you know more you do more. The employees having more information have higher performance than the employees having less or no information.
