How 360-degree appraisal effectively supports the organization? Discuss in the light of given scenario

360 degree feedback provide suggestions how to change and develop employees behavior to be more effective in their role, it is analyze system

  • It provide suggestions
  • Result oriented
  • Complete involvement of seniors
  • Day to day activity monitoring

360-degree reviews allow managers to receive valuable feedback on an employee's performance because fellow team members often know more about each others' day-to-day performance than the direct supervisor. In fact, anyone who has useful information on how the employee does the job may be a source in the appraisal, including outside vendors or clients, thus providing a broader view of the employee's performance. By gathering 360 degree assessments from others who work directly with the employee, feedback is perceived as more valid and objective, leading to greater acceptance of results and actions required. Therefore, this process can create positive changes in employees' job satisfaction and engagement, potentially reducing turnover in the company workforce

What kind of problems could have occurred in XYZ Construction Company in the absence of 360 degree appraisal system?

Read the question it is Construction Company so activities of Construction Company is very important, like daily interaction with customers, clients, vendor, supplier, teams, reports, performance etc…..

Absence of 360 degree:  absence of feedback, supplier feedback, customer feedback, day to day activity of employee, how to be proactive next time, how to find out training requirements, employee behavior, supervisor’s or manager’s feedback or monitoring, how to minimize conflicts, how to increase customer satisfaction

360 degree to get feedback from every source to monitor every activity of employee to judge every action if absence of 360 degree it means failure in every step of organization
