1. Team based pay for execution empower group working and co-agent conduct.
2. Enhance adaptable working inside group and empower multi-skilling.
3. Team-based pay for execution encourages group cohesiveness.
4. All colleagues regularly accepting the equivalent or comparative motivation pay.
5. It enhances spirit and lessen turnover of workers.
It is perfect for the organization to actualize the compensation for-execution plan for the workers; it is perfect due to the accompanying reasons.
Equality
Since it is group base execution every worker will get equivalent pay.
Discourage independence
Group base debilitate the independence supposing that one individual does great work then he gets great pay.
Promote to work in group
In group base each individual gets advancement in their work.
Discourage the bias
In individual framework at times one individual near his boss however in group base this disheartens the preference.
Increase execution
In group base execution will be increment naturally.
Increase efficiency
In group base efficiency will be increment as contrast with that individual who is working alone.

Many of the problems regarding performance are mentioned below:
Lack of objectivity
A potential weakness of traditional methods of performance appraisal is that they lack objectivity.
Halo error
Halo error occur when the evaluator perceive one factor as being of paramount importance

Personal bias

  • Questions/queries related to the content of the GDB, which may be posted by the students on MDB or via e-mail, will not be replied till the due date of GDB is over.
