Today, I was unable to complete and finish my paper due to the reason mentioned below "server error".

Today was my (MC140200323) MGT 503 paper from 2pm to 4pm PST. but during the paper the software got stuck i was unable to use the options and the screen turned gray. I told the invigilator he asked me to re log in. I retried but failed the error was user is "already log in". the invigilator also tried through team viewer but he also failed and he asked me to restart the system and I restarted the system but the same problem persists. I am unable to log in. Kindly guide.

Then I called VU and they told me 02pm to 04pm session has been cancelled and a new date will be given. Is this true?

Scenario 1

Employees working in marketing department are more satisfied and happy with their work because their manager is very supportive, welcome their opinion while making decision, and allow them to work in teams. Manager says, “We cannot excel in the market without the suggestions of our employees”.

 

Scenario 2

Employees in the production department feel over burdened because production manager always gives deadlines to complete the assignment. He shows no concern for the employees and do not take any suggestions while making decisions.

 

On the basis of "Michigan Studies" what are the two leadership approaches managers can use and link each approach with the given scenarios.
