This is to inform that Assignment No. 02 will be opened on August 5, 2014 and due date of assignment submission will be August 11, 2014.
A 24 hours extra/grace period after the due date is usually available to overcome uploading difficulties which may be faced by the students on last date. This extra time should only be used to meet the emergencies; and above mentioned due date should always be treated as final to avoid any inconvenience.

sOLUTION IS NOT PERFECT......@tehrim i dun think so 2nd related so section 305 becoz in this part they asked k managment n company wound up karne se refuse kr dia yh permissible ha ya nhi...aur 305 mai bas company wound up ki conditions discuss hui hain...aur jahan tak 3rd ki baat ha uss k baare mai b i dun think k wo future goods hain bcos future goods sab kuch confirm hone k baad banti hain,,,,iss main mujhe confusion yh ha k agreement uss n kia ha to yh agreement of sale ha related to sec 4(3)iss agreement mai breach of contract ki conditions bi di hain ...but iss part mai sample bi discuss hua jo mujhe confuse kr rha k ho sakta ha yh may b conditions realted to samples se section (17 se related ho??

because how to company may wind up 305 discuss it if minorities are affected
so question is Under Companies Ordinance, 1984, this refusal of current management is permissible or not?
