final answer is correct i.e. function is indeed continuous at (0,0) BUT the way limit has been calculated is WRONG. 0/0 is not equal to zero. It is an indeterminate form. To calculate the limit, we will have to approach from 3 different paths which are x=0, y=0, and y=x
