Find parametric equation of the line tangent to the graph of r(t) at the point where t=t0.

Find an arc length parameterization of the curve that has the same orientation as the given curve and has t=0 as the reference point.

Express the equation of line y=2x+3 in polar coordinates.

Convert the coordinates of point  from polar to Cartesian coordinates
