Convert the cylindrical coordinates into spherical coordinates.

Find the equations of tangent plane and normal line to the surface x^2+y^2-z=17 at the point P(1,2,-3).

Find the critical point(s) of f(x,y)=3x^2+2y^2-xy-3x and check whether it is relative maxima, relative minima or a saddle point by using second partial derivative test.
