Dear Friends!!

Find the equivalent functions for these series and then apply Wronskian.

Kindly post some idea solution for this GDB.

series used is (x^n)/n! but still confused what to do with both series??

Two series are given, try to find which functions are equivalent to these series. After getting these, find the Wronskain of both on the given interval and check their linear independence.

We are unable to find any idea to solve this question. I have gone through handouts and RnD on google but all in vain. No similar or idea example found.

I think thats the end of the story of math401 assignment 6

No, we still have chance to get 50% marks by submitting it through email on tomorrow, so carry on struggle.

iam so much sorry !!  for late reply i cant make saol yet cuz busy in project !!  i came here with tip or hint to solve this assignment the intervals given (-1,0) and (0,1) C1=-1,0 C2=0,1

there are only two function series Fx1 and Fx2

what you need to show is C1Fx+C2Fx2=0 if yes then its linearly independent else its dependent

very simple !! i hope one of the best student of this subject Aqsa have gone through the sol !!

plz share solution
