The current pandemic of COVID-19 which affected the whole world adversely. It’s a sudden change in the environment and for this situation it requires upgraded and creative governing mechanism. Those type of governances are needed in this pandemic which is creative and experimental and which has the high capacity of Exploration. It includes the flexible governance and with the combination of Robust governance. Where the exploration capacity is high and both are dealing with this situation efficiently.
Flexible: In Flexible governance where the capacity of exploration is high but the exploitation is low and the above mentioned pandemic needs the capacity exploration and flexible governance is needed to deal with the situation.Robust: In This governance the capacity of exploration is also high also the the capacity of exploitaion. Because in the capicity of exploration in this kind of governace is high which is also capable to deal with the this situation efficiently.
In 2020 COVID-19 affected almost all countries and more than 50 million people around the world. It has governments operating in a context of radical uncertainty, and faced with difficult trade-offs given the health, economic and social challenges it raises. By spring 2020, more than half of the world’s population had experienced a lockdown with strong containment measures.
