R = 3 KΩ 
V = 10 v
I = ?
V = IR
I = V/R
I = 10/3= 3.33mA
Voltage across 3kΩ resistor

3K is parallel to 6K
Rt = 6 * 3/6+3 = 18/9 = 2
2K is in series to 2K
Rt = 2+2 = 4
8K is parallel to 4K
Rt = 8*4/8+4 = 32/12 = 2.67
We know that 
V =R/Rt * Vt
V =3/2.67 *10 
V= 11.23v
