 Diode and Transistors are made with germanium and silicon, There are some electronic devices like diode, transistor does not follow Ohm's law proportionally,in diodes and transistor due to current flowing some heat is generated and so on some amount of resistance is also generated but these resistance does not follow the voltage and current amount this remains almost constant,so diodes and transistor does not linearly dependent on Ohm's law.
