Human memory


Human memory involves the ability to both preserve and recover information we have learned or experienced. As we all know, however, this is definitely not a flawless process. This lesson focuses on how memories are created, stored and retrieved. We'll also look at some of the most common reasons why memory sometimes fails.

When Memory Fails

Forgetting is a surprisingly common event. It can happen for a number of reasons including a failure to retrieve the information from long-term memory. Learn more about why this happens and discover some of the research into how and why memory fails.

MEMORY:

Memory refers to processes that are used to acquire, store, retain, and later retrieve information.

Memory is essential part of our life without memory our life is meaningless. Now we come to the point.

It’s true that sometime such incidents occur that harms us in our daily routine, which is harmful for our life, our health and harmful for our psychologist adjustment therefore, sometimes forgetting helps us in our daily life. On the other hand good memories always keep in our minds but bad memories should be forget in this way we live happy  and led our life with happiness. For example, a student who fail in exams and he feel so humiliation on this. If he take tension on this and keep this incident oh his memory in this way he cannot remain normal. When he eats food but due to tension he cannot eat food propraly.in this way his health falls day by day. Due to tension he cannot pay heed to his studies and as a result may be he fail again or get low marks in exams. In shortly, if he remain worried or tans he cannot lead his life in good or proper way.

So, it is good to forget some bad memories that create hurdles’ in life. If we forget bad incidents led to good health and improve our psychological adjustment.

ANS:

I want to start my stance in this regard with the Hadith of our Beloved Prophet, in which He said (like this wording),

 “Forgetting is one, in blessings of Allah.”

According to this Hadith and daily observation, we can better realize that it is forgetting which maintain a man in normal position, to bring out any specific situation.

For example,

 Sometimes, man faces the most trifling incident and greatest disaster in his life. He loses many things with every passing day. May he loses his precious thing, sincere relation or anything which he does not want to lose. But, after loses he feels very painful realization. He does not ready to accept this worst situation. He does not defect only mentally but his relations are most effected and  also disturb his routine activities. He does not able to pay his role in society as a healthy sign. Therefore, in maintaining same situation, he will must be lose himself one day.

 

So, in such situation forgetting is pay an important role as a psychological adjustment to maintain his normal position and help to healthy  functioning of life, where he is able to face any disaster and lose with smiling face and stout heart. We can say that,

Forgetting is really blessed of Allah for us. In a way a defeat and disasters, loses its bitterness and give us hope and strength to look ahead and help us to inculcate a spirit of acceptance and resignation.

Just idea solution
Forgetting is the inability to retrieve or recall information from the long-term memory.
With the some negative disadvantage forgetting has also some positive advantage.
Forgetting should not be understood as a problem alone, since it has some advantage too for example : it
help us forgetting unnecessary information and enable us to learn new thing
By forgetting thing event etc. happened in past human get’s ready and refresh them self for accepting new
event in their life.

 in our daily life routine we can find so many examples of blessing of forgetting.

take those example and explian that how when a person forget those thing which called bad memories and become normal.
