Diagnostic Interview Assignment ACTIVITY: You are required to go to any hospital, private clinic or just look around in your surroundings and take a person/client with some psychological problem/disorder. Your first task is to build rapport with him/her and then conduct a diagnostic interview. You will write a dialogue between you (interviewer) and that person/patient (interviewee). Your assignment will be based on following key points: • Introduction (4) • Diagnostic Interview (8) • Conclusion (3) Instructions: • In Introduction, you will write age, gender, education, occupation and marital status of the person/client as well as the place which you have visited. • In the section of diagnostic interview, you will write a complete dialogue of diagnostic interview (questions you have asked and answers of the person/client). • In conclusion, you will write the diagnosis you made on the basis of dialogue between interview and interviewee.
