scenario	Identification	Justification
1:	Displacement	In this behaving in a way that's opposite of what you're feeling known as displacement. Displacement is a psychological defense mechanism in which a person redirects a negative emotion from its original source to a less threatening recipient. like in this scenario Rayan was distressed because of his boss but he starts fighting and shouting on his children and on wife.
2:	Rationalization	In this you rationalize or make excuses for your feelings and behavior known as rationalization. rationalization (also known as making excuses) is a defense mechanism in which controversial behaviors or feelings are justified and explained in a seemingly rational or logical manner to avoid the true explanation, and are made consciously tolerable. Like in this scenario Shazia knows about the death of her husband but she didn’t accept the reality and performed her husband routines.
3:	Projection	The projection is a defense mechanism in which the ego defends itself against unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) by denying their existence in themselves by attributing them to others. Like in this scenario you hate someone but your super ego tells you it is unacceptable the other person is not bad as thinking you.
4:	Regression	In this you mentally go back to a time in your life when you felt safer or more accepted know as regression. Regression functions as form of retreat, enabling a person to psychologically go back in time to a period when the person felt safer. Like in this scenario Roya after her breakup treats like a child because of tension.
5:	Reaction formation	Reaction formation is a psychological defense mechanism in which a person goes beyond denial and behaves in the opposite way to which he or she thinks or feels. Conscious behaviors are adopted to overcompensate for the anxiety a person feels regarding their socially unacceptable unconscious thoughts or emotions. Like in this scenario women has unacceptable impulse.
