Trait Theory of Personality

This assignment has been designed to help student learn about the traits of personality. The students will also gain practical knowledge about how to administer a personality inventory.

 

Assignment Task:

You are required to download the Big Five Inventory and its key from the LMS. Following steps are to be followed for the completion of this assignment.

1. Administer the Big-5 Personality Inventory on an adult member of your family or close friend. A scanned copy or the picture of the administered test is to be uploaded in the solution file. (5 Marks)
2. You will also introduce your participant (i.e. age, gender, education, organization, nature of work, job duties & duty hours) and the will explain the procedure of selecting the participant and administering the test. (5 marks)
3. Quantitative interpretation (5 marks)
4. Qualitative interpretation (5 marks)
