Fredrickson in her principle defined that playing mainly generates and effective feelings which leads to higher and happier life. This broadening of mind and perspective leads us to better problem tackling and solving critical issue. When are better at problem solving and resourceful we are also better at working with other people and also moving them along with us in a positive way. Hence an overall wellbeing is produced.
